WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide support to the CEO with range of business skills that enables the progression of a variety of tasks and directives, relating to new business arenas and both internal and external project support. You will need to manage highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Areas of responsibility will range from financial research and analysis of clients’ business to identify business opportunities to planning and setting up research and data mining, to organising specific project meetings and controlling minutes.
Managing project particulars with direction from CEO and taking internal projects from end to end with follow-up across the team members where required
Manage draft replies for more complex issues on behalf of the CEO for review
Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments
Preparing presentations / undertaking research for potential growth opportunities as directed by the CEO
Assist senior management with internal business transformation activities and analysis.

Note this role is advertised as 100% remote but as the role develops there will be a requirement to accompany the CEO on International trips.
YOU WILL HAVE
Confidence; a self-starter, able to work proactively, think ahead and multi-task in a fast moving environment
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the globe
A numeric literacy, eye for detail and trends and happy to review complex data analysis
Sensitive and diplomatic management of multiple levels of employees with a high level of confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms, as well as faultless written English.
Initiative, and the ability to operate effectively with limited guidance and knowing when to ask for support/direction
The understanding that an International Consultancy doesn’t work from 9-5
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE
Experience as an AdC or similar role, ideally within a Business services organisation, Consultancy experience will be beneficial
Bachelor's degree required ideally in a business based subject
Experience of working on multiple projects with executives based in different time zones
