We are looking to recruit a highly successful, seasoned, and highly motivated Business Development Director to further develop business within the country (India).

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a key member of the team, you will be tasked to engage with C-level executives to promote the many advantages of working with Renoir. You will work closely with core management to develop the business by initiating meaningful conversations with the right audience in the region.
You should already have solid personal connections across industry to initiate new business opportunities and will be used to closing deals with CEOs. You will maintain a long-term relationship with our clients, hence shape and continue the business success in India.
You will get support from internal telephone sales to initiate new business contacts and book appointments for you to meet with prospective clients. Our telephone sales team have every motivation to keep you on the road almost every working day. And by closely liaising with the internal telephone sales team, your time will be spent engaging with clients.
YOU WILL HAVE
A sharp, polished and pleasant personality, excellent command over language(s), know how to carry oneself. Ready to travel 5 days a week, go-getter, must know Hindi & English, any additional language is an added advantage.
Minimum 15 years of Business Development experience.
Well versed with business operations of manufacturing, procurement, logistics, sales, etc and their day to day challenges.
Motivated by success and creating mutual benefits for Renoir and clients, experienced in selling large ticket sized deals.
Excellent interpersonal skills, experience dealing with C-level and key decision makers.
Strong industry ties with solid personal networks within the industry; deep understanding of the current dynamic changes within industry's leading clients in India.
Proven track record of success with C-level clients in India.
Preferred Industries : FMCG, Chemicals, Automobile, Engineering, Steel, Mining & Metals, Construction, Power & Utilities, Transportation & Logistics.
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE
An Engineering degree, a post graduate degree in Business Administration.
