WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monthly General Ledger scrutiny to review the entries passed in SAP.

• Co-ordinating with the AR/AP/GL team to get rectification entries done.

• Preparation of various Management reports such as monthly P/L, Short term Projections, Annual Budget etc. in MS Excel.

• Preparation and uploading of Crew report in SAP.

• Preparing reports related to movement of crew from one country to another.

• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the commission processing system, maintaining documentation, meeting deadlines for commission submissions.
• Additionally, the role involves promptly responding to commission-related queries and assisting with other commission-related tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the commission workstream within the organization.

YOU WILL HAVE

• B. Com / M. Com degree with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in handling the above tasks.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, other relevant financial tools
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Experience within companies with operations in multiple countries is preferred.
