Manish joined Renoir in 2008 and became a member of the senior management team. Manish's role is to Manage the Financial and Commercial Operations of all group companies spread across the globe. To develop and monitor key control systems, oversee the financial and commercial operations of foreign subsidiary companies and managing all regulatory compliance. Monitor and direct the financial business plan along with development of financial and tax strategies. Structuring and implementing internal control mechanisms to maintain integrity and accuracy of financial and accounting reports.
