I joined Renoir in 2020 as Head of Operations in Europe, having previously served in a senior position for another Global Management Consultancy. As a career Management Consultant, I have been fortunate to work with some of the largest and most prestigious organisations across the globe, working along-side some truly amazing people, at all levels, delivering challenging but exciting projects.  It has been an incredible journey of discovery and ongoing learning.

Having an Engineering background coupled with a strong interest in organisations and people has given me the ability to view problems through different lenses and to develop solutions which reflect the complexities of delivering real and lasting change. This focus on real and lasting change is at the centre of Renoir’s philosophy and what attracted me to the company in the first place. It is also a company of like-minded individuals who believe in making a difference and leaving behind a lasting legacy.
